A memorandum of understanding was signed between the General Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises and King Salman Center for Local Governance in Prince Sultan University in Biban Forum as one of the Authority ‘s initiatives on Sunday, 26/12/1438 A.H., corresponding to 17/09/2017 A.D.
The memorandum was signed by the Governor of the General Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Advisor of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Ghassan bin Ahmed Al-Sulaiman, and the Secretary-General of King Salman Center for Local Governance, Dr. Zaher bin Abdulrahman Othman.
The signing of this memorandum is a willingness to establish a strategic cooperation to promote cooperative activities between the center and the authority, and work together on common research activities to promote entrepreneurial spirit in entrepreneurship in the framework of the center’s keenness to achieve fruitful and constructive cooperation between the center and the authority to benefit from mutual experiences at the level of consultations and researches to promote community partnership.
