A memorandum of understanding was signed between Elm Information Security Company and King Salman Center for Local Governance (KSCLG) with a view to lay the foundations for a joint cooperation between the two parties. This cooperation is in the areas of training services, consultancy and research in order to invest the two parties’ added values so as to achieve their own interest and the public of those targeted.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Nasir bin Zaid Almashary, the Vice President of the Training Solutions sector in the company and Dr. Zaher bin Abdulrahman Othman, the Secretary-General of the center.
Under this memorandum, the two parties will examine ways of joint cooperation in the areas of local governance, providing training consultations through analyzing training needs and developing training strategies, designing and developing training programs and packages, training and developing trainers and those who work in the scope of training and providing scientific research and studies related to supporting and developing the capacity of local governing bodies. Thus, this memorandum will enhance the performance and capacity of the main targeted bodies in the scope of this memorandum. Moreover, this memorandum will, God willing, contribute to achieve the goals of national development and vision. It will also contribute to fulfil the requirements of the citizens and their aspirations for developing the services in their regions.
