Dr. Thamir helps the Secretary-General to oversee the work flow of the various departments in the center in the pursuit of achieving the mission of the Center. He was a faculty member of the Institute of Public Administration, and the General Secretary of the Higher Committee for Administrative Organization. Dr. Thamir has more than 30 years of experience in the field of job training, public administration research and consultation, supervising governmental studies on administrative and managerial reform and organization. His focus areas and specializations are high-level leadership in organizations and its managerial and behavioral patterns, performance evaluation, training, organizational development, and local governance. Dr. Thamir holds a Ph.D., Honorary degree with distinction, in Public Administration from Colorado University in the United States.
